This provisional policy explains how SYRE Fermentering AS expects to process personal data under the GDPR and Norwegian data-protection law. Controller identity and contact details must be completed.

Data we process

We may process contact, delivery, order, payment-reference, support, device, and basic website-usage data. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by SYRE.

Purposes and legal bases

Order data is used to perform the sales contract. Bookkeeping data is retained to meet legal obligations. Security and basic privacy-friendly analytics may rely on legitimate interests. Marketing will require valid consent where applicable.

Processors and transfers

Expected processors include hosting, payment, email, and delivery providers. Final provider names, data-processing agreements, international-transfer safeguards, and retention periods must be listed before launch.

Retention

Data will be kept only as long as necessary for its stated purpose and legal obligations. Specific schedules must be approved and added.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where the GDPR provides these rights. You may complain to Datatilsynet. A privacy contact address will be published before launch.

Analytics and cookies

Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only when configured by the site operator. The launch configuration should be assessed and documented for cookie and consent requirements.
