Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. The period generally runs from the day the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Send an unambiguous statement before the deadline. You may use the form below. Final return address, email, process, statutory exceptions, return-cost rules, reimbursement timing, and diminished-value wording must be verified before launch.
Effects of withdrawal
After a valid withdrawal, eligible payments are reimbursed according to mandatory law, normally using the original payment method. Goods must be returned within the statutory deadline and handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
