Terms of sale

These provisional terms describe purchases from SYRE Fermentering AS. Company registration number, address, email, and telephone details must be inserted before trading begins.

1. Agreement and prices

The agreement consists of the order, these terms, and mandatory Norwegian consumer law. Prices are shown in NOK including applicable VAT. Shipping and other charges must be shown before payment.

2. Payment

The customer chooses an offered payment provider at checkout. Payment should be reserved when ordering and captured no earlier than dispatch, unless mandatory law permits otherwise.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery time, carrier, cost, and any restrictions will be shown at checkout. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

4. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. See our withdrawal information and form. Statutory exceptions, return costs, and handling of diminished value must be confirmed in the reviewed final terms.

5. Defects and complaints

Customers may complain about defects under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Contact details and a practical complaints process will be published before launch.

6. Disputes

The parties should first try to resolve complaints directly. Information about the Norwegian Consumer Authority and applicable dispute-resolution channels will be added after legal review.
